To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

a)     be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

b)     be a registered Paypal user

You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. If your personal information changes you can update your details through the "My Account" page.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

How to place an order

Simply have a look through our website and click an image to view product detail and price. When you see something you'd like to purchase, confirm the number you require and click 'Add to bag' . Then you can either continue shopping by selecting 'Continue to Shop' or proceed to payment by clicking 'Continue'.  At this stage the appropriate delivery charge dependant on the order destination will be added to your bill.  Delivery is usually within 4 working days within the UK , 7-10 days within Europe and 10-15 days for the Rest of the World.  

You will be asked to confirm your order details and your delivery address by clicking on 'Confirm' button. This will then take you to the online payment system and you will be required to enter your credit/debit card details or Paypal information. 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive both an order acknowledgement,  and a payment receipt , providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card or paypal account.

If you do wish to cancel your order prior to it being despatched to you, please either contact us by e-mail women@womenlike.us.com or on the following number (open 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) 0845 230 1931.  If you wish to cancel an order once it has been dispatched to you, please follow the Returns Policy (see below).

If an item that you would like to order is not in stock, we will alert you to this and ask if you would like us to send you an e-mail alert when it becomes available.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

Your Account

By registering on our Website, you agree to keep your password and account details confidential, and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all actions that occur in relation to your account. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the e-mail address you registered with. All the Personal Information that you provide will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the Website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Payment

All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered (inclusive of VAT) plus delivery charges.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Goods Ownership

Women Like US will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Risk

Risk in the goods will pass to you once you have accepted delivery.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Women Like Us does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:
a) exercise your right of cancellation; and
b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

Acceptence Of Goods

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Procedures. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are unhappy with the items you receive from us you can return them by completing the reverse side of the despatch note.  Please complete all areas of the form and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Pack the item back in the parcel, along with the despatch note and send it back to:

When returning an item we would recommend that you obtain proof of postage.  We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once we have the item back, we will arrange a prompt refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
